OK, so, in addition to getting gently reminded of how much we need to go to the temple more often, we also got training today on the new church genealogy website, new.familysearch.org. So far it is AMAZING. We added a few details to our information (my parents and siblings, Renee’s line, etc.) and we were up and running . We automatically got tied into the information already in the system on the Stropek/Williams line!
The idea is to upload a little bit of information at a time, get it processed, then look for tie-ins to information already in the system. I’m looking forward to some serious genealogy-ing when time next permits!
Em, thanks for all your work getting Mom’s notes into PAF. Now I’m turning that info into our pedigree, available for any of us to access at familysearch.org.
